Is it safe to put shampoo in dry hair?

Actually..YES! It's considered to give your hair a sleeker look. Scrub it in your dried hair, then rinse it off, and voila, it works! FYI: I've done it before and my hair is sleek and shiny! =]Is it safe to put shampoo in dry hair?
pantene daily moisture renewal is a great shampoo. I have dry hair and use it daily. My hair has never looked better, and it smells great too
