Is it safe to use mayonnaise as shampoo?

you know, i have heard that you CAN use it in a product ( i goggled it and a lot of the blue said conditioner ) but i would do some research.Is it safe to use mayonnaise as shampoo?
Its safe...and it has been used for years to condition hair....it has both egg and oil in it which is thought to help repair damaged hair....I have used it myself years ago....the real draw back is that it is very oily and hard to rinse out....you will have to shampoo it out,,,Is it safe to use mayonnaise as shampoo?
It's not unsafe, but it isn't going to clean your hair. Actually, the eggs in the mayo will condition your hair. Mayo is really a hair conditioner, not a shampoo.
Yes it is. But use it with egg. My mom did that to mine once and it made it shiny and soft. then wash it out as best as you can.

It is not only safe it is very healthy. The only thing is that its hard to get out you have to wash VERY good.

Yes its safe and I hear its really good to moisturize your hair. But make sure you wash it a couple of times so you don't start to smell like spoiled food. I also hear eggs are good for your hair it makes it shiny
NO - But you can use it as conditioner after you shampoo put it in your hair and then rinse out.





Mayo will not clean your hair, I has an oil consistency to it.
It's safe :3 but it doesn't clean your hair , it's used as a conditioner :P eggs also make ur hair shiny :D
